Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:15 am - 4 pm (lunch 12 - 1pm).
The office is open on selected Fridays.
During the summer months (June - August),
the office will operate on summer hours, 7:15 am - 2:30 pm.
Our office is located in northwest Charlotte, at the corner of Rozzelle's Ferry Rd and Hwy 16
in Mountain Island Village.
Directions to our office
From the north
Travel on I-77 South to Exit 18, WT Harris Blvd.
At the top of the ramp, turn right onto WT Harris Blvd.
Turn Left onto Mt Holly-Huntersville Road and travel westward.
Turn right and travel north onto Hwy 16.
Turn left at your next light onto Rozzelle’s Ferry Rd, then left into Mountain Island Village.
Make your first right once inside the complex, and our office is located next to Vinnie's.
From the northwest
Travel on Hwy 16 South.
After crossing over Mountain Island lake, the first light you will come to is Rozzelle’s Ferry Rd.
Veer to the right onto Rozzelle’s Ferry Rd. Your first left will be Mountain Island Village.
Make your first right once inside the complex, and our office is located next to Vinnie's.
From the South
Travel on I-77 North. Take exit 11 (Brookshire Freeway/Blvd). It is a left exit.
Brookshire becomes Hwy 16.
You will pass the I-485 Beltway. The next light is Mount Holly-Huntersville Rd.
Turn left at your next light onto Rozzelle’s Ferry Rd, then left into Mountain Island Village.
Make your first right once inside the complex, and our office is located next to Vinnie's.
From the east (University area)
Travel west on WT Harris Blvd. Turn Left onto Mt Holly-Huntersville Road and travel westward.
Turn right and travel north onto Hwy 16.
Turn left at your next light onto Rozzelle’s Ferry Rd, then left into Mountain Island Village.
Make your first right once inside the complex, and our office is located next to Vinnie's.
OR
Travel on I-85 South. Take exit 36 (Brookshire Blvd).
At the top of the ramp, turn Right onto Brookshire Blvd (north).
Brookshire becomes Hwy 16.
You will pass the I-485 Beltway. The next light is Mount Holly-Huntersville Rd.
Turn left at your next light onto Rozzelle’s Ferry Rd, then left into Mountain Island Village.

From Mount Holly
Travel on Mt Holly Road and let it become Mount Holly-Huntersville Rd.
Turn left onto Rozzelle’s Ferry Rd.
Go approximately one mile, and turn right into Mountain Island Village.

From the west
